25 yrs old married woman being investigated for primary infertility of 1.5 yrs USG showed a large pelvic tumor compressing the uterine cavity anteriorly against the bladder MRI – 9.5 X 7 X 5 cm precoccygeal nerve root tumor Robotic excision using Da Vinci Si system was planned through ant. approach Tumor was enucleated en-masse Console time 195 mins Blood Loss : 30 – 40ml Patient was discharged on day 3 after drain was removed
